Bourbon & Bar-B-Que Dinner at Rudolphs!

Join the team from Beam Global and Executive Chef Kevin Tracy as they bring you a four course bourbon & bar-b-que dinner for $49 per person. Learn about different small-batch bourbons and how they pair so naturally with bar-b-que in a dinner filled with hearty flavors and delicious tastes; Cocktail hour at 6:00 with dinner starting at 6:30.

1st Course-Prosciutto, tomato & Mozzarella salad with olives, roasted pepper and basil. Paired with Bakers 7 year.

2nd Course-Shredded, smoked duck on fried southern grits, smoking-honey bar-b-que sauce. Paired with Basil Hayden's 8 year.

3rd Course-Tenderloin steak with bourbon molasses sauce, Gruyere mashed potatoes, sweet potato match sticks. Paired with Knob Creek 9 year.

4th Course-Chocolate bourbon pecan pie, caramel drizzle. Paired with a "Ward Eight Cocktail" featuring Maker's Mark 46.
